Products and availability
Merchandise is made to order through Printify-connected print providers. Product images are representative mockups; placement and color can vary slightly by item, screen, and production process. Products, variants, pricing, and availability may change. Selecting the correct size, color, quantity, and delivery address is the customer's responsibility.
Orders and payment
An order is not accepted until payment is authorized and the order is confirmed. Secure checkout is provided through the Sauc-E Printify store. Payment, shipping charges, applicable taxes, order confirmation, and fulfillment details are completed there.
Fulfillment
Printify and independent print providers assist with production and fulfillment, and carriers handle delivery. We remain your contact for merchandise order support. Separate terms may apply to third-party services you choose to use.
Intellectual property
Sauc-E! names, artwork, logos, product designs, photography, text, and other site content may not be copied, reproduced, sold, or used commercially without permission from the rights holder.
Disclaimers and liability
To the extent permitted by law, the site and its content are provided without warranties beyond those expressly stated. We are not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the site. Nothing in these terms excludes warranties, remedies, or other consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
Changes
We may update these terms when store operations, services, or legal requirements change. The date at the top shows the latest revision. Continued use after an update means the revised terms apply to future use and orders.
